Terms & Conditions

Cancelation Policy

Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments if 72 hour notice is given. anything after this time frame up to the 48hr notice you will be charged 20% off your appointment cost. After 48hrs up to 24hrs 50%. 24hrs or less and you will be charged for your full appointment. (for any extenuating circumstances allowances can be made at the discretion of the salon for a nominal fee)

Gift Vouchers

All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be given. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. For appointments please call, message or email the salon stating your voucher code. One voucher is booked, please refer to the cancellation policy. You can ask to upgrade your voucher should you wish. For example if you have been gifted a 30 minute treatment you can pay the difference and upgrade to a 1hr session etc.

Adverse Weather Conditions

If it is not safe to come to your appointment due to dangerous weather conditions you can re-book your appointment but this needs to be discussed no later than 7am to give notice. Salon reserves the right to check the validity of these issues if found to be false full payment will be

Taken.

Booking

When booking clients are asked to confirm with card details to secure the appointment no money is taken this is just so you can agree to the cancellation policy. All clients must do this no exceptions will be made. Payment is taken at the end of your appointment you can pay using cash, card or with a gift voucher.

Loyalty 

Standard loyalty cards - Collect 1 stamp per treatment once you reach 6  or 9 stamps you'll will be be able to claim a reward. you can collect 1 stamp per day but you must reach the minimum requirement. (only applicable on treatments £15.00 or over)

Spa loyalty cards- stamps can only be collected when purchasing a treatment £30+ and you can only collect 1 per day. (only applicable on treatments £30.00 or over)

Rewards cant be used in conjunction with other offers, using rewards will not gain you a stamp.

After making a booking we will ask you to confirm your appointment with your cards details, this is just to confirm your booking and to agree to the cancellation policy. no money is taken out your bank. you will need to pay cash/card for your treatment at the end of your appointment. It is your responsibility to check all details are correct and inform us within 72 hours if you can not attend for any reason contact us straight away.

We reserve the right to raise prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice to ensure that maximum standards and quality are met. All bookings are subject to JC Relaxation and Beauty full terms and conditions.
